Yes. Our fabrics are hypoallergenic, breathable, and free from harsh chemicals. Perfect for babies with sensitive skin.

Do your clothes contain harmful dyes or chemicals?

No. We us non-toxic, baby- safe dyes and materials that meet safety standards.

Size and Fit

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend selecting sizes based on your baby's height and weight. Our Size chart is available on each product page for guidance. 

Do your clothes run true to size?

Yes. Our items run true to size. 

Do your clothes allow room to grow?

Yes, our designs include stretchy fabrics and flexible fits to grow with your baby.

Care Instructions

How should I wash baby clothing?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Use gentle detergent and tumble dry on low or hand to dry for best results. 

Will the clothes shrink after washing?

Minimal shrinkage may occur if dried on high heat. We recommend low heat or air drying.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. standard shipping takes 3-7 business days

Do you ship Internationally?

No. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns withing 14-30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged please contact the Pongo Clothing team within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right!
